My dog scratches a lot. I didn't realise that hot and cold weather made such a difference.

Dinovite has a peppermint tea tree shampoo that naturally repels fleas as long
as the dog has the smell on them

Something I discovered that may be helpful for others who are suffering their pets allergies as well as their own. I Use a dog and cat supplement from a company called dinovite. They make all kinds of natural health products. I really like thier shampoos too. You can actaully use them for regular soap. It's just natural soap with theraputic oils. (I use the lavender one on myself!) it really keeps Polly from being yucky, and smelly when it gets hot and muggy.
Here's a link, Enjoy! www.dinovite.com
